About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Packing Coordinator
• Pay Rate Range: $21.00-$26.00/hour
• Location: Golden Valley, MN
• Schedule: Night Shift Monday-Thursday 5PM-3:30AM (Training M-F 8am-4:30pm for a period of 3 weeks)
• Position Type: Direct Hire
Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Coordinates with teams of temporary employees and internal employees in packing orders, assembling kits and assembling products.
2. Runs the machines in the packing department.
3. Runs the automated packager, where they are responsible for completing golf ball orders in accordance with company quality and efficiency standards.
4. Also runs the poly baggers, shrink-wrapper and other equipment as assigned.
5. This position reports to the Packing Supervisor.
6. Coordinating with other departments.
7. Reading and interpreting job tickets.
8. Delegating and demonstrating work to others.
9. Locating product and supplies in the warehouse.
10. Setting up jobs.
11. Equipment Operation.
12. Troubleshooting machine issues.
13. Packing/Assembly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills.
2. Comfortable working with and adjusting machines.
3. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
4. Attention to detail (grammar, spelling, etc.) a must.
5. Computer skills.
6. Performs well in fast-paced environment.
7. Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
8. Must be able to stand for extended periods.
9. Must be able to lift up to Insert weight, e.g., 50 pounds.
10. Requires manual dexterity and the ability to distinguish colors accurately.
