Requirements: - 2+ Years Experience in LTC, SNF, or Med Surg setting
- BLS AHA
- Must have completed at least '1' successful travel assignment as a RN
- RTO cannot exceed 5 days. Meadow Brook will not approve RTO after an offer is made
- Active MI RN license/Nursys
- COVID vaccination card
- Michigan license
