JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experience in an Administrative Assistant role handling multiple projects and tasks in a fast paced office environment. Must have experience working in a busy office. Must be proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be detail oriented and have prior experience working in a busy/high volume office Required excellent organizational skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner Prior background in collections, Accounts Receivables and billing a strong plus. Prior experience working in a construction related business is a plus. Strong customer service experience is required. Must possess strong problem solving skills.
