Locums - Kearney, Nebraska Interventional Radiology Job Position Overview Dates Needed: March 02 - March 06; 8a - 5p March 16 - March 20; 8a - 5p April 13 - April 17; 8a - 5p April 27 - May 01; 8a - 5p May 18 - May 22; 8a - 5p May 25 - May 29; 8a - 5p Location: Kearney, Nebraska Facility Type: Level II Trauma Center / 175-bed hospital (includes psychiatric hospital) Department: Interventional Radiology (IR) Services Reason for Coverage: Replacing a provider who covered IR/DX for the hospital Schedule & Availability Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Call: None Ongoing Need: Continuous coverage starting from start date Duties & Responsibilities Provide full-scope Interventional Radiology services within a hospital-based setting Collaborate with technologists, nursing staff, and a physician assistant supporting procedures such as barium work, lumbar punctures, paracentesis, and thoracentesis Required Procedures Broad-based IR practice including: Spine procedures (pain management injections, vertebral augmentation, etc.) Ports and central line placements Solid organ biopsies and drainages Oncology interventions and image-guided therapies Kyphoplasty Breast biopsies Systems & Support EMR: Epic Support Staff: Dedicated technologists, nursing team, and PA for procedural assistance No staff on call Licensing & Requirements Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology (Interventional focus preferred) License: Nebraska medical license required (facility may assist) Certifications: BLS and ACLS recommended Experience: Must be comfortable with full range of IR procedures listed above Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
