Join Our Team as a Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Lincoln, NE

Elevate your anesthesia career by providing vital services at Nebraska Heart Hospital, a leading facility renowned for its specialized care. We are seeking experienced CRNAs to deliver high-quality anesthesia services in a dynamic environment, beginning February 2026 and continuing on an ongoing basis. This role offers the flexibility to work varied shifts while making a significant impact on patient outcomes in vascular and electrophysiology procedures.

Required Skills:

• Valid and current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification and licensure.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in an anesthesiology setting.
• Proven experience in vascular and electrophysiology procedures.
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia principles, patient safety, and emergency protocols.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varied schedules and shifts.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in a similar independent practice model.
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR systems.
• Experience working in cath labs or cardiac surgery settings.
• Ability to handle complex cases and adapt to high-pressure situations.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master s degree or higher in Nursing or Anesthesia.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-certification clinical experience as a CRNA.
• Previous experience in hospital or outpatient settings with vascular and electrophysiology procedures is highly desirable.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to commit to 1-4 weeks of coverage starting in February 2026, with ongoing scheduling.
• Availability for shifts from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm.
• No credentialing with additional facilities required, with a credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days.
• Willingness to travel and stay in preferred hotels, with highly preferred local air travel.
• Complete all credentialing processes within the specified deadlines.
