Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled CRNA to support diverse patient needs across multiple departments, ensuring safe and effective anesthesia services. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver anesthesia care across a wide range of specialties including pediatrics, dental, general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, urology, podiatry, and endoscopy.
  • Support a team of 9 full-time CRNAs and locums across 5-6 locations daily.
  • Cover approximately two full-time CRNA shifts per month.
  • Manage patients of all ages, ensuring personalized and safe anesthesia administration.
  • Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation.
  • Perform a variety of procedures within hospital settings, contributing to high-quality surgical outcomes.

Required Skills:
  • Board Certification in Nurse Anesthesia.
  • Valid state license and DEA registration.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • Experience with pediatric, dental, general surgery, ortho, OB, urology, podiatry, and endoscopy procedures.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various hospital environments.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Regional and block anesthesia experience.
  • Additional certifications relevant to anesthesia or pain management.
  • Prior experience with Cerner EMR systems.
  • Flexibility to work with diverse patient populations and procedures.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master s or higher degree in Nursing (MSN, DNP).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a practicing CRNA in hospital settings.
  • Previous experience in multi-specialty anesthesia delivery preferred.

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to obtain licensure in the state.
  • Credentialing process typically completed within 60 days.
  • Availability for the scheduled shift from 07:00 to 13:00.
  • Travel and related reimbursements when applicable.

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $205.14, with a 6-hour shift from 07:00 to 13:00, starting on 05/01/2026.
