Required Skills: Board Certified in Pediatrics or Board Eligible with active certification in process Proficiency with Meditech EMR system Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to handle a 24-hour call schedule Nice to Have Skills: Experience with pediatric inpatient rounding Previous work in high-volume hospital environments Knowledge of pediatric subspecialties Additional certifications such as PALS or ATLS Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with valid state medical license At least 2 years of pediatric inpatient experience preferred Other Requirements: Must hold or be eligible for licensure in the applicable state Temp privileges are granted for the duration of the assignment Willingness to participate in 24-hour call shifts and rounding duties Be prepared for an inpatient setting with an average of 3-12 admissions per shift This position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, weekly Direct Deposit payments, medical benefits, paid sick leave, licensure and travel reimbursements, and a generous referral bonus program.
