Required Skills: Board Certified in Pediatrics; Pediatric Hospital Medicine preferred Valid active Washington state medical license Proven experience in pediatric hospital medicine Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to manage a wide spectrum of pediatric cases with confidence Nice to Have Skills: Sub-specialty consultation experience (30+ available areas) Experience working with patients aged 0-21 Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records systems Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Minimum of 2 years of pediatric hospitalist experience Prior experience working within hospital settings or pediatric clinics Other Requirements: Commitment to a minimum of 7 shifts per month, including at least two night shifts Flexible shift availability with AM shifts from 8 am-7 pm or 10 am-8 pm, and PM shifts from 5 pm-10 am or 9 pm-10 am Ability to start as early as December 20, 2025 Strong wrap-around sub-specialty support to aid complex cases Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and utilize consults effectively This position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
