Core Skills and Qualifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Pulmonology Valid and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license or eligibility to obtain DEA licensure in good standing Proven expertise in inpatient care, outpatient services, and bronchoscopy procedures Strong ability to manage both day and night call coverage effectively Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills Ability to handle approximately four phone consults daily and manage ICU or hospital consults when needed Additional Skills and Experience That Would Be Beneficial: Prior experience with ICU consults or complex pediatric cases Familiarity with electronic medical records systems Experience with telemedicine consultations or remote patient management Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of Pediatric Pulmonology fellowship Minimum of 2 years of post-fellowship clinical experience is preferred Other Requirements: ACTIVE Pennsylvania medical license Willingness to work one week per month, with inpatient, outpatient, bronchoscopy, and call responsibilities Flexibility to handle ICU and hospital consults as needed Willing to travel and meet all performing and licensure requirements This position offers an attractive hourly pay rate of $1.00, complemented by competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, lucrative referral bonuses, and paid sick time aligned with applicable laws.
