Required Skills: Valid medical license with board certification in Family Medicine Proven proficiency in managing patients across all age groups, from newborns to seniors Excellent clinical judgment and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a high patient volume (18-20 patients daily) efficiently and compassionately Competence in inpatient pediatric and newborn coverage Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) skills Commitment to adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards Nice to Have Skills: Experience in a busy clinic setting Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Prior experience with inpatient pediatric care Familiarity with value-based care models Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in Family Medicine Current board certification in Family Medicine Licensure in the practice state Other Requirements: Availability to start on or after February 2, 2026 Willingness to participate in inpatient coverage including newborn and pediatric care Ability to work traditional weekday hours and adapt to practice needs as required Compensation: Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 Take the next step in your career by applying today and join a dedicated team committed to excellence in healthcare delivery.
