Join Our Team as a Radiology Thoracic Physician Are you a skilled radiologist with a passion for thoracic and cardiac imaging? We are seeking a dedicated Radiology Thoracic Physician to provide expert remote reads that directly impact patient care. This critical role offers the opportunity to work within a leading healthcare organization, utilizing advanced technology and collaborative team support to deliver high-quality diagnostic services. Key Responsibilities: Interpret 10-12 chest and cardiac imaging cases daily, including CT, MR, and radiographs. Work remotely using the EPIC EMR system, providing timely, accurate diagnoses. Contribute to patient health outcomes through meticulous image analysis and reporting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless diagnostic workflows. Required Skills and Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology. Valid California medical license. Proven expertise in thoracic imaging, including chest radiographs, CT, and MRI. Strong familiarity with cardiac imaging modalities (CT and MR). Ability to interpret plain films and advanced imaging with precision. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with cardiovascular imaging beyond thoracic radiology. Prior remote reading experience. Familiarity with EPIC EMR or similar systems. Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years of radiology practice with thoracic and cardiac imaging focus. Other Requirements: Commitment to full-time coverage, with flexibility for week-per-month or per diem schedules. Willingness to adhere to a 90-day credentialing process. Ability to work scheduled remotely during daytime hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
