- Must have BLS
- Types of Procedures - Spine- MSD, Lami, ACDF, TLIF, ALIF, A/P Fusion, carpal Tunnel Ortho- Hip, knee, SI
- Ability to to do general, spinal, beir block, MAC, anesthesia
