Job Description
- Date: ASAP - Ongoing
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-10hr shifts (must be available for a minimum of 3 weeks/month), Also need Night Call & Weekend Call
- Support Staff: APP support, PRN medical oncologist on-site one week per month
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: IL license, BC/BE, ACLS
- Credentialing: 60 days
