We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Locum Physician to provide vital emergency care at our premier facilities in Cambridge, OH. Required Skills:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active state medical license in Ohio
• Board certification in Emergency Medicine
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience
• Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced settings
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle a high-volume ED environment with professionalism

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in hospital-based emergency departments
• Familiarity with MediTech EMR system
• Previous locum or temporary physician experience
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Completed a residency in Emergency Medicine
• Prior experience working at multiple hospital sites
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends

Other Requirements:

• Credentialing timeline of approximately 45-60 days
• Availability to work at both O'Bleness and Cambridge sites
• Willingness to cover night shifts, weekends, and variable schedules
• Medical staff fees are not reimbursed
• Physician conversion fee range: $18,000 to $20,000
• All travel arrangements must be coordinated through our organization
