Full-time Family Practice Physician role offering mission-driven, patient-centered outpatient care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Job Overview We re seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is compassionate, ethical, and committed to delivering exceptional care to diverse and underserved communities. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, managing acute and chronic conditions, developing care plans, preventive health maintenance, EMR documentation, reviewing diagnostic results, and coordinating specialty referrals. The physician will also supervise mid-level providers, meet productivity goals ( patients per day), participate in team huddles and meetings, and maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
