Family Medicine Physician
Salary Range: Guaranteed base salary of $310K/yr for two years
Requirements to apply
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
• Active California Medical License with clean background
• Experience providing full scope outpatient primary care
• Ability to perform basic office procedures such as joint injections, laceration repairs, and skin biopsies
• Strong communication skills for working with diverse patient populations
• Ability to work full time schedule of 36 patient contact hours per week

Job Overview
This Family Medicine Physician role provides full scope outpatient primary care including newborns, preventive care, chronic disease management, and minor office procedures. The schedule includes 36 patient contact hours weekly with an average volume of 18 to 20 patients per day. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and features a supportive primary care team of physicians and advanced practice providers. The ideal candidate values patient continuity, evidence based practice, and teamwork. Call is light, telephone only, and shared across affiliated primary care clinics.
