About the JobFull-time, permanentProvide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits, immunizations, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.Diagnose and treat a variety of childhood conditions and developmental concerns.Educate and counsel patients and families on preventive care, nutrition, and lifestyle choices.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Job QualificationsFor Nurse Practitioners: Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with experience in pediatricsMust have Oregon professional licenseMust relocate to Oregon Ability to work independently and proactively Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and patients & families through effective written and verbal professional communication skillsAbility to multitask and be flexible in dealing with interruptions, a busy schedule, and a fast-paced work environmentProficiency with electronic medical records including ability to document services in a clear, concise, and timely manner (concurrent documentation preferred)Ability to pass a background checkUp to date on all vaccinationsBilingual preferred
