Campus Dean/Director of Nursing
Location: Northern Ohio
Schedule: Monday Friday, 9AM 5PM (On-Site Only)
Salary: $110,000 $117,000 (Relocation assistance up to $3,000 available)

What You ll Do
As the Campus Dean/Director of Nursing, you ll oversee the academic operations of our nursing programs (Practical Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, and, where applicable, Bachelor of Science in Nursing). You ll ensure students receive the highest quality education while supporting faculty and driving program growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Directing and managing academic operations for all nursing programs at the campus

Mentoring, supervising, and evaluating faculty to maintain teaching excellence

Developing and executing faculty schedules and staffing plans

Leading program compliance, accreditation, and curriculum standards

Collaborating with the Campus Director on admissions, student records, and operational success

Building and maintaining clinical site partnerships to meet enrollment needs

Facilitating faculty meetings, advisory boards, and accreditation visits

Serving as the key academic leader for more than 500 students at this campus

This role is highly administrative and leadership-focused with no teaching responsibilities.

What We re Looking For
Master s degree in Nursing (Doctorate preferred)

At least 5 years of nursing practice as an RN

Minimum 2 years teaching experience in a professional nursing program

Previous leadership/managerial experience required

Strong knowledge of LPN vs. RN role differentiation

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage complex issues and foster a collaborative academic culture
