Compensation: $21 - $26 hourly Responsibilities: Record services, treatments, and observations using company systems Maintain and operate equipment, vehicles, and tools according to safety standards Inspect and assess tree and plant health in residential and commercial settings Identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies and apply appropriate treatments Communicate treatment plans and recommendations professionally with clients Qualifications: Interest in long-term career growth and professional certifications Ability to work outdoors year-round and perform physical tasks 1+ year of experience in plant health care, tree care, or landscape maintenance Ability to work independently and as part of a team ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support provided if not yet obtained ODA 6a Pesticide License preferred or willingness to obtain in 6 months About Company At Ahlum & Arbor, we're not just in the tree care business-we're in the people and preservation business.
