Compensation: $19.00/hr-$24.00/hr based on experience

How do our Funding Specialists Drive Impact?
  • Work with sales staff on contract, funding, titling issues
  • Maintain Security of any/all nonpublic documents and client information
  • Locate trade titling/ensure proper signatures & lien release information
  • Support CS/AE, with printing and review of documents
  • Collection of lender stipulations
  • Ensure Rebate, Contracts, Due bill, VSC and related schedules in CDK are maintained
  • Manage contracts in transit to ensure proper cash flow
  • Review each car deal for missing or incomplete paperwork in preparation for biller
  • P&L (environmental package) - accessories scheduling
  • CIT spreadsheets / and or reporting to all managers
  • Submit all contracts to the bank for payment
  • Ensure all deals are complaint with Walser standards and submit to store biller in a timely manner
  • Schedule 30 - intake calls from banks, relay messages of missing items, short pay offs, etc.
  • Ensure key track is running / add employees to key track
  • Manage multiple tasks in Drive Centric
  • OEM Audits
  • Making deal jackets, stickers, key tags
  • Mail plates and tabs
We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced customer focused business
  • Previous experience in a support function with the ability to meet timelines/deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • A great attitude, team player, and collaborator
