This 153-bed, Level III trauma center serves as the region's leading medical hub and offers an exceptional opportunity for a Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician to step into a well-established, consultative practice. Position Highlights Full practice ready on day one - established patient base and strong referral network Join a supportive MFM team: 1 BC physician, 1 PA, 2 nurses, 1 MA, and 3 MFM-trained sonographers Consultative-only practice - two OB/GYN groups and 52 PCPs referring locally Reasonable workload: 1,343 deliveries and 241 NICU admissions in 2024 Schedule: 4-day workweek Average 18 patients/day Mix of in-person and telehealth consults New infrastructure: Level II NICU opened in 2020; remodeled clinic with 3 ultrasound rooms Shared office suite with women's specialists for convenience and collaboration State-of-the-art imaging equipment and excellent hospital support staff Competitive compensation package with full benefits, CME allowance, relocation assistance, and occurrence-based malpractice coverage
