Accentuate Staffing is seeking a reliable and professional temporary office administrator for one of our clients in Raleigh, NC. The temporary office administer in this role will provide front office support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and multitasking skills. Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take messages as needed Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper files Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Provide administrative support to office staff and management Assist with scheduling, supply orders, and other clerical tasks as assigned Requirements: 1+ year of experience in an office, administrative, or receptionist role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
