About the Role: HTC Global Services is seeking an AI Model Operations Specialist to join a growing enterprise AI initiative. This role will focus on the technical deployment, monitoring, and governance of AI/ML models across multiple platforms and business units. The specialist will work closely with data science, engineering, and platform teams to ensure models are deployed at scale with the right guardrails for explainability, fairness, and compliance. Responsibilities: Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI/ML models in production environments across cloud and on-prem platforms. Build and manage pipelines for model training, testing, deployment, and retraining (CI/CD for ML). Implement observability frameworks for AI models including drift detection, performance monitoring, and explainability checks. Integrate models with enterprise systems and applications using APIs, containers, and orchestration tools. Automate model lifecycle management including versioning, rollback, and scheduled retraining. Develop monitoring dashboards, alerts, and audit trails to support governance and compliance standards. Partner with engineering and compliance teams to embed fairness, transparency, and security into AI operations. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML operations, MLOps, or DevOps with production model deployment. Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar). Strong experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm). Hands-on work with cloud platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI). Familiarity with AI governance concepts (bias/fairness detection, explainability, auditability). Experience using model management frameworks such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or equivalent. Strong scripting/coding skills in Python (preferred) and experience with APIs/REST services. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar) for ML observability. Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL frameworks (Airflow, Spark, Kafka). Background supporting large-scale consumer technology or high-volume data environments. Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks and compliance standards.
