Job Summary
The Senior Copywriter is a creative powerhouse and strategic thinker responsible for crafting compelling, on-brand copy that drives engagement, inspires audiences, and delivers measurable marketing impact. Partnering closely with art directors, designers, strategists, and project managers, you will lead the development of high-quality written content across multi-channel campaigns-including digital, social, print, experiential, and video.
Essential Job Functions - Write, edit, and refine persuasive and engaging copy for integrated marketing campaigns (digital ads, websites, social media, video scripts, print collateral, email, presentations, and more).
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop campaign concepts, taglines, and messaging frameworks.
- Ensure all content maintains consistency in tone, voice, and brand positioning.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
- Partner with strategists and account teams to understand audience insights, marketing objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Transform creative briefs into clear, impactful messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Support the development of storytelling approaches that differentiate the brand and drive results.
- Review and edit copy from other writers for accuracy, clarity, and creativity.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level copywriters.
- Champion best practices in writing, brand storytelling, and content marketing.
- Work hand-in-hand with designers, art directors, videographers, and other creatives to bring concepts to life.
- Present creative work to internal stakeholders and occasionally to clients.
- Adapt tone and style for different channels and audiences while maintaining brand cohesion.

This role requires exceptional writing skills, a deep understanding of brand voice, and the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, persuasive messages. You will also mentor junior copywriters, contribute to creative ideation, and ensure all content aligns with campaign goals and brand standards.
Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 6-8+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in an agency, in-house creative studio, or marketing department.
- Proven track record creating high-quality, multi-channel campaigns.
- Portfolio showcasing diverse creative work and measurable results.
