Hospitalist Physician

Job Title: Per Diem Internal Medicine Hospitalist
Location: Inland and Rancho, California
Start Date: As soon as Credentialed

Overview:

White Coat Medical Group is seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join our team on a per diem basis in Inland and Rancho, California. This flexible, part-time role is ideal for experienced hospitalists who enjoy a mix of day and night shifts, working approximately 6 8 shifts per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient care to adult patients in a hospital setting
• Manage a daily patient census of approximately
• Supervise and support medical residents and mid-level providers (NPs/PAs)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
• No procedures or call responsibilities
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:

• Active California Medical License
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience with Cerner or similar EMR preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills

Schedule:

• Per diem: 6 8 shifts per month
• Mix of day and night 12-hour shifts

Compensation:

• Competitive per diem rate
• Malpractice coverage included
