Accentuate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper/Office Administrator for our client located in North Raleigh, 27616. The Bookkeeper will manage the daily accounting/administrative tasks for the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording all financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with a variety of office administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Responsible for managing financial statements & journal entries, Performing daily bookkeeping (AP/AR) tasks to include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Manage payroll & taxes for a small staff of 20 employees Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and vendor payments Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking Organize and maintain financial files and records Other administrative/office tasks Requirements: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role Proficiency with QuickBooks required High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively onsite Monday-Friday Experience in the electrical industry is a plus
