• Description: Specialty: CRNAStart Date: ASAP 3 month with option to extendShift Details: Days 40 hours 5x8sSchedule: Mon-Fri 7a-5p 7a-3p Minimum 2-3 weeks monthCall Details: Call is Optional weekday call 3p-7a 1 weekday call per week 1 weekend per month 24 weekend callWork Details: Supervised by a Surgeon or ANES doc: ANES 1 on duty Patients per day: 12-15 Patient population/age: all ages Department description: 5 CRNAs covering OR GI Lab OB C-section emergencies and Epidurals EMR: Meditech CRNAs document on paper intraoperatively Hospital bed size: 114 beds Level II Trauma Types of Case: TEE cardioversions rare no Cath lab unless an emergency ER if emergency Skills required: manage all of surgery endo OB and epidurals.Practice Setting: HospitalTravel Logistics: Lodging facility will book hotel directly no stiped is available mileageRequirements: Board Certification: CRNA License required: yes DEA: No CSR: yes Certifications required: BLS ACLS PALS Minimum experience required: 1 year min.Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days or sooner Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00
