This entry-level role involves executing process steps, adhering to SOPs, monitoring equipment and production processes, performing basic lab work (e.g., pH, conductivity), and maintaining cleanliness of the facility and equipment. The associate will receive close supervision while learning and applying aseptic techniques and good manufacturing practices. Key Responsibilities: 40% - Set up and operate production equipment, perform clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) procedures, monitor processes, and complete accurate documentation (both written and electronic) per GMP and GDP guidelines. 20% - Achieve qualifications for assigned tasks and keep training records up to date. 10% - Perform basic lab tasks such as pH and conductivity measurements, and sampling. 10% - Handle material transfers, including movement of raw materials and chemicals within the production environment. 10% - Conduct routine cleaning and sanitization of the production area and equipment; support ongoing 6S initiatives. 10% - Attend shift handovers, meetings, manage email communications, contribute to projects, and complete other assigned tasks. Perform routine testing (dissolution, assay/degradant, content uniformity and ID) of drug products in a cGMP laboratory. Enter data into laboratory information system and accurately document all necessary and relevant information in a clear concise manner as per cGMPs. Operate and maintain all analytical instrumentation and equipment as per established procedures; perform basic troubleshooting. Communicate openly within the group to provide and gather information, to optimize the use of resources and to optimize efficiency. Aid other group members as required. Ensure that equipment and working areas are maintained with good safety and housekeeping practices. Re-stock chemicals and consumables used in analysis. The associate also supports other functions within the Logistics department. Key Responsibilities: Perform sampling of powdered and liquid raw materials upon delivery to the manufacturing site. Use aseptic techniques to collect samples from various containers and equipment, including bags, barrels, and totes. Conduct equipment maintenance, manage inventory and supply orders, and perform routine sanitization tasks (daily/weekly/monthly). Maintain the cleanroom and tools in a sanitary condition; keep logbooks updated for sampling and cleaning activities. Transport materials between the warehouse and workstations using powered equipment and adapt to changing demands based on manufacturing needs. Execute relevant assays by strictly adhering to SOPs and cGMP requirements. Conduct peer reviews of general data relevant to the assigned area. Utilize systems including DMS, iLab, LIMS, TrackWise, and SAP. Serve as a qualified trainer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the primary department.
