Position: Summer Operations Supervisor Program: Summer Learning Experience The Summer Operations Supervisor will lead all operational efforts for the Summer Learning Experience program. The Operations Supervisor will directly manage the team of Operations Specialists, who oversee administrative duties and manage the operations of the program. This role will provide ongoing professional development and support to Operations Specialists. Essential duties and responsibilities include: * Assure customer satisfaction, program quality assurance, and student achievement * Demonstrate ability to learn, manage, and train other staff on all software, data systems, and applications used by the 2022 Summer Learning Experience * Coordinate efforts and create systems to obtain maximum utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and teacher & other staff time * Communicate with operations specialists, school principals, and any other key stakeholders concerning program implementation * Collaborate daily with the Summer 2022 Leadership Team to build and uphold effective streams of information, adhere to timelines/key deliverables, and solve any operational issues that arise * Support Operations Specialists in balancing specialist duties and emergency substitute teaching * Ensure, monitor, and uphold a positive professional environment across Summer Learning Experience staff, parents, and ONPS personnel * Plan and host daily meetings with all Operations Specialists * Collaborate with Summer Academic Supervisor and Academic Specialist Team to ensure instructional excellence * Uphold record keeping procedures so all data is maintained and updated properly * [Pre-program] Attend all required professional development modules prior to program start date and throughout program (for compensation at hourly rate) All Summer Learning Experience staff members are crucial components to ensuring overall program success.
