About the role: Primary care friendly Athena EMR. We provide training and 1:1 HIT assistance on first day of practice. About the role: Primary care friendly Athena EMR. We provide training and 1:1 HIT assistance on first day of practice. (Dragon Dictation; templates, smart phrases, Up-to-Date access) 2 or more providers at each site You have 2 dedicated MAs and a receptionist - all are bilingual, plus you will have Language Line support provided. MAs are HIGHLY trained 3 weeks of boot camp initially and the model of care is that providers go in 1 time, with MAs having taken care of the rest. M-F work schedule; 8 hour shifts. Tuesday Friday 8:30am -5:30pm; Monday s our centers are open until 8pm; providers rotate covering the 11am 8pm shift. Telephone call only 1 week primary and 1 week of backup per year.
