Summary SUMMARY: The AHD Physical Therapist provides treatment to patients of Alameda Hospital under the referral of the patient's Physician. Performs related duties as required. Communicates with family, case managers, health insurers as appropriate. 6. Participates in department in-service and continuous improvement activities. 7. Attends, participates and contributes to in-service educational programs.
