For our subacute population, we provide a spectrum of skilled nursing and therapy services, including wound care with advanced techniques like wound vacuums, antibiotic therapy, and comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Our long-term residents exhibit a wide range of needs, from those requiring minimal assistance with daily activities to others who rely completely on our care and support. It also provides opportunities to enhance medical-surgical skills and actively contribute to discharge planning processes to ensure successful transitions for our short-term patients returning home.
