Ensure steady workflows and uninterrupted service to our patients. Ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations, medical laws, and high ethical standards. Work closely with our EHR and RCM departments to identify and resolve patient account discrepancies, inconsistencies, and specific individual requirements. Review insurance EOBs and action, as necessary. Oversee hiring process. Represent our business in a professional manner and demonstrate exemplary customer service.
