Work with the maintenance team to keep our fleet safe, reliable, and road-ready. Qualifications Experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy-duty fleet technician. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Experience working on heavy-duty diesel vehicles. Valid driver's license required. CDL is preferred but not required. Must provide your own industry-appropriate tools. Strong work ethic with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Position Summary The Production Lead is responsible for maintaining the workload expected from a work cell by overseeing the training and skill set development of employees.
