Property Manager Job Duties This Orange Tree apartment property is located in Compton, CA and consists of 21 units, all of which are two- and three-bedroom apartments. Due to the small size of the property, we are seeking a candidate who can take on a blended role: 50% Community Manager 25% Maintenance Technician 25% Janitorial The position requires living on-site in a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment.
