The Role The Project Superintendent provides direction and oversight for all on-site construction activities associated with multi-family residential and mixed-use projects. Relationship Management Lead and motivate the project team to meet established schedules and parameters. Build and maintain strong relationships with associates, architects, inspectors, subcontractors, neighboring sites, municipalities, and suppliers. Negotiate, develop, and establish commitments from all stakeholders involved in the project. Empower, engage, and develop team members to meet project and business objectives, providing feedback, coaching, and support as needed. Non-Essential Functions Coordinate inspection processes, turnovers, and product information as required. Review project scopes and participate in scope meetings. Track shop drawings and submittals to ensure timely processing. Maintain inspection logs and schedule necessary inspections. Coordinate with utility providers to bring services to the site.
