PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The Inpatient RN provides direct patient care in accordance to company policies and procedures which includes FMCNA compliance programs and contracted hospitals' policies and procedures. The Inpatient RN will partner with the hospital to provide quality care to the patient and deliver care that provides a positive patient experience. Responsibilities Job duties will include but are not limited to: Provide day-to-day project oversight for SCA-covered labor supporting facility maintenance requirements Plan, schedule, and coordinate work activities across SCA labor categories in compliance with the applicable Wage Determination Ensure all labor assignments, work hours, and tasking align with SCA classifications and contract scope Monitor and manage Service Requests (SRs) and Project Requests (PRs through completion, ensuring timeliness and quality standards are met Track labor hours, attendance, and utilization to ensure compliance with SCA rules and contract ceiling Serve as the primary liaison between site supervisors, SCA employees, and government representatives for project execution matters Ensure corrective actions are initiated and documented for performance, conduct, or compliance issues in coordination with HR and Labor Relations Support onboarding, badging, training, and compliance requirements for SCA employees Coordinate material, equipment, and logistics support required to execute SCA labor tasks Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records required by the contract Support inspections, audits, and government reviews related to project execution and labor compliance Assist with workforce planning, staffing adjustments, and transition activities within SCA constraints Identify operational risks impacting schedule, labor availability, or compliance and elevate issues promptly Ensure adherence to safety, security, and conduct requirements applicable to SCA personnel Responsible for the development, coordination, quality review, and timely submission of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items and recurring contract deliverables, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and Government acceptance Other duties as assigned. Qualifications A Bachelors degree is preferred but a High School diploma or equivalent is required at a minimum. Minimum five (5) years of professional experience serving in a Program Manager or Project Manager role supporting federal government contracts of comparable size and complexity. Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, drywall, and plumbing systems sufficient to oversee scope execution, validate work requirements, and coordinate skilled trades effectively. Demonstrated Program Management experience overseeing multi-functional operations, including coordination of labor, schedules, budgets, and performance outcomes. Proven experience managing Service Contract Act (SCA) workforces, including compliance with wage determinations, labor categories, timekeeping, and unionized environments. Working knowledge of Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) requirements, including coordination of construction, repair, or facilities work involving DBA labor classifications and compliance considerations. Experience managing or coordinating subcontractor efforts, including performance oversight, compliance monitoring, and integration with prime contract operations. Strong understanding of federal contract compliance, including PWS requirements, deliverables, labor standards, and quality control expectations. Demonstrated ability to lead teams operating in logistics, transportation, warehouse, facilities, maintenance, or repair support services environments. Experience serving as the primary interface with Government stakeholders, including CORs, ACORs, and installation leadership. Ability to identify performance issues and implement corrective actions, including coordination with HR and labor relations as applicable Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of reports, briefings, and management documentation SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold an active Secret security clearance.
