About the Role Biomanufacturing Technicians operate and maintain systems that support the fermentation processes of bio-based products, including enzymes, fertilizers, and bioplastics. They are essential in operating and maintaining equipment, initial troubleshooting, and technical process monitoring to help our clients develop and scale and refine their biomanufacturing processes. Key responsibilities: Process Engineer Operate fermentation and bioreactor equipment Monitor batch quality and environmental conditions Conduct CIP, COP, and SIP to ensure quality of production process Inspect products during or after production for defects or inconsistencies. Use of instrumentation and/or visual checks to ensure quality standards. Record inspection results and flag quality issues. Assist in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Ensure safe operation of our process Perform basic machine maintenance (e.g., cleaning, lubrication). Identify and report malfunctions or safety issues to maintenance teams or supervisors. Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance staff, and other operators. Communicate issues promptly to avoid production delays. About You Knowledge & Skills Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with machinery. Total Rewards The annual pay range estimated for this position is $82,053.60 - $102,567.00 and is bonus eligible.
