The Hotel Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems. They perform daily, weekly, and monthly problem-solving and maintenance work while also working on and contributing to maintenance strategies. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. Assist in ensuring that established preventive maintenance programs are followed and documented per BH program guidelines. Responsible for the maintenance and security of all property-issued tools. Post notices to vacate and other community communication, if applicable. Shares on-call responsibilities, including inclement weather conditions, with the maintenance team. Responds to resident requests per company standards. Understands and complies with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and all other safety requirements. Knowledge of federal, state, and local code and internal policies, initiatives and systems regarding maintenance. Other duties as assigned. You Have Minimum of two years of general maintenance and safety experience. Intermediate computer skills, including industry specific technology required to perform job functions.
