A passion for food & beverage with an ability to identify and develop successful concepts. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior management. ? Ability to respond effectively to changing demands. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is desirable. ? Ability to use Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. ? Candidate must be willing to be hands-on with staff and operations and be willing to work flexible hours that include evenings, weekends and holidays.
