Southwest Medical (SM) is a multi-specialty group of physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants consisting of over 300 providers, fourteen clinical locations including nine health care centers, six urgent care clinics and an outpatient surgery center. SM offers patients compassion, innovation, and quality care throughout southern Nevada. SM is headquartered in the greater Las Vegas, NV area. $90,000.00 Sign on Bonus Southwest Medical is now part of the Optum division under the greater UnitedHealth Group umbrella. In this position you will work with other physicians in teams but manage your own panel of patients Monday-Friday. The patient population is an adult panel of all ages including geriatrics and some older adolescents and can be customized for interest areas. Our seniors have the convenience of our new Lifestyle Centers. Work in attractive/modern buildings and enjoy an electronic medical record environment. Full time management staff, digital radiology and onsite laboratory services add conveniences at our 14 clinic locations throughout the Las Vegas area. Physicians in this function require specific education/licensure/board certification and practice as a provider in a clinic or hospital setting. We offer an attractive base salary, sign on bonus, bonus plan, and comprehensive fringe benefits package, including medical, dental, and life insurance, STD/LTD, professional liability, matching 401K, relocation costs, three weeks paid vacation, one week paid CME with $3500 allowance, and eight paid holidays.
