Maintain open communication with technicians and the shop foreman regarding job status updates. Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings with courtesy and tact, without exacerbating the issues. Make policy adjustments within the guidelines and budgets established by management. Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the caller's inquiry. Write and complete work orders, explain the work done to the customer, and collect payments. Strive to ensure that every customer is delighted with the level of service the shop offers. Provide superior customer service at all times. Make yourself available for and complete all required and additional training offered by the Company. Perform other duties as required by management. Adhere to company policies and legal regulations at all times when conducting business.
