Collaborate with clients to understand their comfort requirements and offer tailored solutions that align with their preferences and budgets. Generate comprehensive proposals and quotes, clearly articulating the benefits and features of recommended HVAC systems. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and technologies to ensure informed consultations. Understand the available financing options available and effectively be able to clearly communicate these to our customers. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate closely with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution. What you need to succeed: Proven experience in sales, consultation, or a related field Prior HVAC knowledge or experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and convey technical information clearly to clients Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why should you join our team?
