NEW Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) Direct Hire Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join a Critical Care Float Pool, providing high-quality nursing care across multiple critical care and high-acuity units. This role is ideal for adaptable nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy variety while maintaining strong clinical standards. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, and psychosocially informed care Monitor patient status and document care, progress, and outcomes accurately Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient goals and safe discharges Utilize appropriate medical terminology and clinical documentation standards Participate in performance improvement, education, and unit-based initiatives Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (multi-state or state-specific) Minimum of 1 year of Critical Care nursing experience required Strong PCU experience highly preferred; solid Med-Surg backgrounds considered Excellent communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly across units and patient populations Position Details: Direct Hire Full-Time Schedule: Night Shift 7:00 PM 7:00 AM 3 12s (36 hours/week; variable schedule) Pay: Starting at $33/hour; higher rates based on experience Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 (2-year commitment required) Interested!?
