Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Minimum Educational Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (in Mechanical, Controls or Electrical) or equivalent related controls experience Minimum Experience 2+ years of relevant working experience in a Controls/Project Management/Facilities Capacity preferred 2+ years working experience with control systems architecture and programming preferred Other Job-Specific Skills Use knowledge and experience to continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of tasks within area of expertise Actively support / participate in project team activities related to significant business innovation; develop and execute activities/tasks to achieve the objectives of the business team Demonstrate solid base of technical knowledge in day-to-day operations Working Conditions Willingness to travel for department reviews and business planning events at other HDMA facilities 50% Manufacturing/Production Environment including construction site locations, 50% office/desk environment Potential for assignments supporting other HDMA Facilities, Honda Affiliates, or North American Suppliers Work all appropriate overtime/weekends/shutdowns to manage projects and cover production needs .
