I'm hiring for a Radiation Therapy Manager in California ! The Radiation Therapy Manager plans, organizes and directs the essential patient care functions of the clinic in collaboration with the clinical director and medical director. This includes but is not limited to daily supervision, scheduling, training, documenting/auditing protocols with Director and Physicians, appropriate staffing (use of per diem/flexing), and HIPAA compliance.
