Responsibilities IT Strategy and Business PlanningDevelops and maintains a comprehensive IT strategy and annual plan/budget aligned with HFMA's organizational mission, goals, and operational needs across the near, mid, and long term.Develops and manages the IT budget, including capital and operating expenses, vendor contracts, and MSP service agreements; identifies opportunities to optimize cost and performance.Builds strong relationships with business leaders across the enterprise; translates strategic priorities into IT dependencies, initiatives, and investment plans.Establishes governance processes to identify, prioritize, and implement IT-related needs in accordance with organizational and leadership priorities; implements KPIs, OKRs, and SLA frameworks to measure and report on IT performance.Stays current on emerging technologies and industry trends; evaluates and recommends adoption of innovations that advance HFMA's competitive capabilities and employee productivity.
