The Director of the Family Medicine Residency Program is responsible for the overall direction of the Family Medicine Residency Program. This is a faculty position combines an emphasis on clinical teaching and outstanding administrative skills. Position Responsibilities The residency program director is responsible for the implementation of the program's mission, articulating the educational philosophy of the program, and curricular development. All family medicine residency program faculty members are accountable to the program director for their activities in residency education, including clinical supervision of residents. Most of the program director's time will be devoted to the administrative oversight and non-teaching duties of the program.
