What You'll Do People Leadership Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals, ensuring a highly engaged team provides a great experience for our residents. Process community staff payroll. Financial Responsibility Ensure collections of all monies due to the community (i.e., rent) are received and deposited. Process community invoices for payment. Purchase and maintain adequate supplies for the community. Community and Resident Focus Maintain acceptable levels of occupancy (minimum 98%). Maintain positive relationships with the community owner/s and its residents. Review rental applications for approval. Operational Excellence Complete move-out paperwork according to governing regulations. Perform unit move-out, annual, and housekeeping inspections in a timely manner.
