What you will do We're hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead day to day production operations in a plant-based manufacturing environment. This role reports to the Manufacturing/Production Manager and is critical to meeting safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals while maintaining strong employee engagement. This position plays a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently, developing frontline teams, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. What Does Success Look Like Meet daily production, quality, and safety targets for assigned work areas. Lead, coach, and develop production employees to perform work safely and efficiently. Maintain strong employee relations through consistent policy application and coaching. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards. Monitor labor, materials, scrap, and productivity to meet cost and efficiency goals. Identify and drive process, equipment, and standard work improvements. What we look for Required Bachelor's degree Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field preferred. At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work 12 hour shifts, including nights and overtime as needed. Experience using computer systems for labor, production, or inventory tracking. Preferred Experience in union manufacturing environments. Familiarity with standard work audits and continuous improvement practices. Exposure to safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
